@syntax_____ neutral 7 | transcode Neutral 7 - tr @syntax_____ neutral 7 | transcode Neutral 7 - transcode It is a semiotic experiment in the form of an ensemble, which is part of the cycle of works - Neutral - inspired by the structuralist research of Roland Barthes - "Neutral" - College de France 1977-1978; consisting in a poetic “expression” of a possible primary language of neutrality, which aims at a suspension, an opposition debauchery at semiotic level, of the conflicting data of the discourse. The three exposed hypostases - "four right angles" - I - II - III - result from translations of modules from the generative installation Heteroclit (video), where the definition of the term is counteracted by the movement of the visual concept - square, suggested by simple geometry which due to its permanent vibration / deconstruction, cannot conform to the definition. The incomplete figure, according to the law of completion ("closure" - Gestalt – the perceived movement is an emerging experience, which is not present in separate stimuli, but depends on their relational characteristics), plays the paradigmatic structure, not affecting the readability of geometry, transfiguring a metaphor and maintains its neutrality - the presence of the absent. @leileigallery #audiovisualinstallation #semiosis #neutre #signs #gestalt #bardoslaurian
